Paneer Pakodas



Ingredients:
200 gms paneer

150 gms besan (gram flour)

1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp chili powder

A pinch of cooking soda

Oil for frying

Few coriander leaves chopped

Salt to taste

Method:
Cut the paneer into long strips and keep aside.
Mix besan, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, coriander leaves, cooking soda, salt in a bowl and make a fine batter by using little water.
Now dip the paneer pieces in this batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
Serves: 4-6
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
